The Belazu Ingredient Company was founded on strong principles and we have lived our lives by them. Here they are, in a nutshell.

The Ingredient is King

People say ‘the customer is king’ (we do too, and we mean it)… but we are also all about the ingredients. We know what a difference great ingredients make – ingredient is king, and everything we do supports that.

First name terms only

We know everyone we work with personally, and in most cases have done for a very long time. From the longstanding relationships we have with our suppliers and the bespoke services we offer chefs, to the attention we give retailers – we are a one-to-one kind of business.

We follow the sun

We love to source our authentic raw materials from the riches of the Mediterranean terroir, because of the near-perfect conditions of the soil, climate, air, and sun. Combined with minimal interference in nature, the best ingredients are produced.

From high quality suppliers, to customers, understanding and appreciating our ingredients means we can see the alchemy between them and we are always on the lookout for fresh combinations.
