The organically grown fruit and vegetables are handpicked every morning, the lamb is sourced from the Welsh mountains and the fish is only sourced from the UK, ensuring Clos Maggiore has the highest quality ingredients. Not only is the food menu meticulously sourced, so too is the wine menu. Clos Maggiore has a team of Sommeliers who travel around the world visiting vineyards and tasting hundreds of wines to ensure that the best are picked for the menu – with a cellar boasting over 2,500 wines to prove it!
