1.0 This prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, except employees of Belazu Ingredient Company, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2.0 Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3.0 Entries must be submitted via the form on https://www.belazu.com/thomasina-miers-competition/
4.0 Entrants are permitted to enter the competition once per, person, email address and post code. Any multiple entries per person will be disqualified. The deadline for entering is 11.59pm on Monday the 14th of September 2020.
5.0 Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of dispatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped, addressed envelope to Thomasina Miers Competition, Belazu Ingredient Company, 74 Long Drive, Greenford UB6 8LZ
6.0 The winner will be contacted within 2 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7.0 There will be five prize winner. Entrants will be contacted directly via email or phone number.
8.0 The prize constitutes of a copy of Thomasina Miers’ cookbook Home Cook, a Belazu Award Winning Jar Bundle and a Belazu Bottle Bundle.
9.0 The prize is non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
