Sherry Vinegar

Notable for its powerful aroma, our Sherry Vinegar has complex flavours of vanilla, dried fruit and wine-soaked wood. 

Use as a simple salad dressing with Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil or make a roast fennel with chorizo, Sherry Vinegar and anchovy aioli. 

Moscatel Vinegar

Our Catalonian Moscatel Vinegar is made from the Spanish Muscat grape which is known for making dessert wine. Moscatel Vinegar is yellow-gold in colour with a perfumed flavour that’s sweet and sour all at once, with notes of honey and long finish. 

Works well with Mediterranean fish and seafood dishes and, of course, desserts, especially those containing fruit or chocolate.

Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Our Modenese Organic Balsamic Vinegar has been matured in oak, chestnut and juniper barrels for up to a total of 30 months to create a unique and rich blend of flavours. It is made from 100% Italian grapes, has a 1.33 density and a naturally dark colour.  Smooth, dense and viscous with a pronounced sweet flavour that fades elegantly into a pleasant acidity on the finish. 

Use for finishing dishes or dipping with Verdemanda Extra Virgin Olive Oil and bread.

Verdemanda Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Verdemanda uses Arbequina olives which are picked prior to the general harvest. Vibrant, punchy oil with noticeable complex grassy herbal flavours, accompanied with an unusual lack of bitterness and a velvety character, followed by a slightly peppery finish. 

Use for finishing dishes, such as roasted root vegetables, dressing salads or drizzling on chocolate ice cream with a sprinkle of sea salt.
